WHAT HAPPENS AT THE WORKSHOP
We kick off the workshop with a short, but power-packed discussion on the latest research linking employee engagement, high performance cultures, and organizational outcomes. Team members participate in a cultural assessment exercise that helps them to see what is and isn't working in the culture today. We then craft a vision for the organizational culture, identifying the values and practices that must be in play in order to achieve the vision. Finally, we wrap up with a goal-setting exercise that gives each team member a "next step" in making the vision a reality.
WHAT HAPPENS BACK AT WORK
The team will receive a customized culture report based on the workshop results. Included in this report will be a timeline of small follow-up activities that the team leader and team can use in order to keep the work alive.
